Emailing the pics is fine. An alternative would be to set up a Portola group at Flickr and have people submit them there. I belong to the Bernalwood group,the McLaren Park group and the Golden Gate National Parks Conservancy group.
I’ll go through my photos to see if I have anything to send to you.
