CATs digging up Palega Park

Park renovation to be completed mid 2013

Well we have the first evidence that before improvements can be made to Palega Park, there must be some destruction. This week the CATs moved in and they are happily digging up the park. I took a quick walk this morning and snapped some photos of the contractors in action.
