This matters more than you think.
Because manifestation—whether you believe in energy, neuroscience, or pure psychology—requires sustained, constant focus. It demands emotional coherence, a locked-in mental image, and a stable nervous system. And yet, for most people, that mental stability is being dismantled—one swipe at a time.

You don’t need willpower—you need structure. Disable notifications during the middle of the day, add time limits to certain applications and protect your focus like it’s oxygen. Because for creators, leaders, and visionaries—it is.
4. Feed Your Frequency
It’s not enough to avoid distraction. You must actively install your vision. Visualize with clarity, speak your goals out loud, and rehearse the future until it feels like the only reality your mind wants to return to.
